1. Agreement
By using foras.co.tz or engaging Foras Company Limited services, you agree to these terms and applicable laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
2. Website Development
- Projects begin upon receipt of written agreement and deposit payment
- Client provides content, branding assets and timely feedback
- 30 days complimentary bug-fixing support after handover
- Final ownership transfers to client upon full payment
3. Software Systems
- Licenses granted upon full payment — non-transferable
- System access may be suspended for overdue payments exceeding 30 days
4. Hosting & Domains
- Domain registration fees are non-refundable once registered
- Clients are responsible for the legality of hosted content
5. Laptop Sales
- Refurbished: 3-month warranty. New: manufacturer warranty
- Returns accepted within 7 days in original condition
6. Payment Terms
- Overdue payments may incur 2% monthly late fee
- Services may be paused for accounts overdue beyond 30 days
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Disputes shall be resolved in Tanzanian courts in Dar es Salaam.
